Simon Smith - The Apprentice
28 Answers
Do you think he should have been sacked? I really don't, I hope someone else employs him and gives him loadsa money, he is a real grafter, I felt sorry for him last night. Who wants to work for Alan Sugar anyway ?? That sack of potatoes Claire should go, what a mouth. And the tall shifty guy with slitty eyes (can't remember his name) I don't trust him .... So who will win ??

Am struggling this year to find anyone I think his any good. All the women seem abit useless apart from Jennifer (but haven't seen anything of her as of yet). Of the guys I only like Alex and Raef now - haven't liked Lee since his rant about black bin liners last week!

yes, Simon will probably do far better by not winning the Apprentice as he has shown what a grafter he is and although lacking in business acumen, I reckon we will see him in the public eye for a while unlike any of the previous winners. Anyone remember their names, cos I cant.
I agree with Julie, that red haired one is awful, and has no respect for anyone else. Subtle difference between effective management and respect and she cant do either!

Don't think any are particularly impressive so far but Helene went down in my estimation yesterday after assigning Lucinda to a task she clearly was not up to and then lying about whether Lucinda had pointed that out. I know there has to be some willingness to step out of your comfort zone but if someone cannot even text, I wouldn't put them in sole responsibility of such a technical task, Simon was a nice guy but ultimately was not up to the role of Apprentice

Am i the only one that actually didnt mind Clair...? I thought Alex was FAR worse, he's hot but what an arrogant ****... ducked out of any responsibility, kept his bloody caot on throughout the whole thing, claimed to be the strongest in the group and looked down at simon from the moment he said he wanted to be team leader. I hate him (but wouldnt chuck him out of bed...), he wont last long anyway.
Alan Sugar likes Clair, she's feisty and a bit mental - which he likes.
As for Simon, nice bloke but was never gonna win, maybe if it was The Apprentice Builder he wouldve been in the running.
Raef to win - he's amazing,

Simon should not have gone, I saw something in him that the others did not have, honesty for one. He's a great communicator, and was unfortunately stitched. I think the group could have done more for him, he had a lot on his plate, but I think what he said was true; he's a great number 2 person but I guess he didn't have that managerial decision making in him. Good on him though, the circumstances were tough, decisions had to be made on the spot. That girl who was "second" in charge was rubbish and so freakin annoying, she should go. I thought Sir Alan Was gonna fire her, I guess he's just put a tag next to her name, maybe she'l go next week?
Anyway, Simon's a good photographer! Good luck in the future my friend, don't pay attention to anyone putting you down.
