theres no supposedly about it! it was oswald.i was always intrigued by this event and as much as i wanted to believe the grassy knoll theories and others they arent true.
according to an episode of Red Dwarf, he survived Lee Harvey Oswald's bullet - then when he saw what a mess history was in afterwards, he went back in time & shot himself from the grassy knoll.......
I go with squarebear on this. Oswald was only the presumed assassin. Nothing was ever proved one way or another, and unless anyone has concrete proof, then it's not fair to make a lone judgement.
I watched a BBC programme last year which showed his previous attempts at shooting at a Governor from long range and had his shooting records from his time in the USMC.
He could shoot the gonads off a fly at 400 yards! With his previous training, 3 rounds at JFK would have been a doddle to him.
Im slightly sorry to see the circumstances of Teddy Kennedy but I am reminded of the journalist who asked about the Mary Jo Kepekni incident, his response being "we'll cross that bridge when we come to it"ok ok a joke of its time....
it was never proved to be oswald but anyone who has ever read up on the subject would have no doubt that he did it. from a young man he was involved in shady dealings. he was a runner for the mob, he was arrested in russia for spying, and he was an open communist.
the only debate here is who put him up to it as kennedy was not as popular as they would have you believe. my theory is that it was mob related as ruby also had heavy mob connections.
