As for the divorce arrange a few drinkies or a weekend away to celebrate .
Unless you didnt want divorced ?
Congratulations !!!
LOL Pasta...

When my decree absolute came through, I threw a *singles* party and only invited single folk ...... nope, it was not a success (hehe this was like 20 years ago). I later realised that all I really needed to do was to get on with my life and enjoy myself (which I have been doing). Chin up lass !
Pour us all a stiff drink and we'll party with you pasta :)
Congratulations!

I felt a bit sad when mine came through, not pining or anything.......just confirmation of the end of an era I guess.

Enjoy your drink x
Whoo hoo - waiting for my papers to come through but well done lady!
Just be sad and introspective. A party ? Such a shame.
As long as you're happy and not brooding on the past,
then let's party!

I hope you not the type, who gets drunk and starts crying that you want him back!!!!!! Lol.
I was thinking of having a divorce party when I get divorced but I doubt I will, not really my style. I am definitely throwing one for my best mate though, when hers comes through as she's had it tough.
I know pasty is glad and im sure that she can now put it alll behind her and get on with things .

Int that right ya old fooker ?
Unless he was particularly abusive, I think it is quite a sad thing to happen, I have been very lucky and am still married very happily to a real princess, but when it all goes wrong i do find it sad.
soon they wont talk about the cost of a marriage, it will be about the cost of a divorce!!
is he called alan
Tell him you want to remarry him and stress what a big mistake you've made. That'll screw him up.
Bittersweet moment -even if you think youre prepared for it you never ever are -relieved its done and dusted for you hun.Not all the memories are bad -are they?

Have a good stiff one then have a drink afterwards xxxx
Send your other ex half an anonamous bottle of Lemoncello - thus ensuring that they will feel much worse than you ... sheer evil !!!
Ray im sure in the land of fairytales thats quite apt .But i was glad to get my divorce and see the back of an evil vindictive woman , to say it was sad would have been a lie.

And no she wasnt abusive , but then as a woman you dont always need to be do you ?

As they say you dont know what goes on .
Maybe leg, but i still find it sad when so much hope and planning for a future together ends in failure, there are no winners in divorce, just two people who once said they loved each other. and that I find sad.
