Another kids show

In the late 80's to early 90's there was a show on about trolls that lived at the bottom of a womans garden down a well. One troll was called mossup and one was called tiddleup. The lady who's garden it was was called marjorie i think! Does anyone know what the show was called? Its bothered me for months! Thanx!

The Riddlers, I think. I remember it as well but can't actually remember anything that went on in the show...
