its an advert for the worlds first internet balloon race ,if you turn off your pop up blocker and click on it it tells you this

If you're running Firefox, you can block it using AdBlocker. Click the 'block' tab on the ad, then when the preferences box comes up with the URL highlight, replace the five-digit number at the end with * before clicking OK. That gets rid of it on all pages.

Saxy - I'm on Firefox and can't see a *block* tab anywhere... I accidentally clicked on the ring tailed wotsit and now have bird song... doh !

Just on top of the racoon thingy it should say 'block' in faint letters - that's it

I've worked it out - thanks ! There was no little block tab until I went into Firefox Tools, AdblockPlus, and changed the numbers at the end of the AnswerBank .... string to *, then applied the changes. Then I could see a little block tab !
