I am trying to obtain a vintage project bike (not ness an FB), but even without wheels, handlebars and seats they still cost a mint!

I had,also, a BSA Bantam, an AJS and,the best of all a 350cc Douglas -Horozontally opposed twin cylinder. {Not the Dragonfly}.

I had a bantam d7, bantam d14, tiger cub and best of all, a vincent black shadow.
The last bike I had was a Bonneville Jubilee.

Those were the days.

I've ridden the HRD, but not the Black Shadow.
Those were the Bikes., and the days when ,if you stopped, every passing bike stopped to see if you needed help.

We've just got it here in Belgium,where I live. Pretty old ones ,I think. John Duttine arrived a few weeks ago. It's on 4 times a week but the Belgians are just as daft as the BBC. -so we've got Tennis instead this week.
