There was a guy on telly that used to do the weather called Francis - hes now with Sky weather, Does nayone know his name please? Ta

Francis Wilson. He used to be on BBC Breakfast Time apparently.

I first saw him on Thames TV's Today programme (early evening London local show). For some reason he developed the nickname, Fluffy Francis. He's the guy in the famous "It'll be Alright on the Night" clip when, while he is doing his weather report live from a British beach, some guy drops his shorts and moons the camera.
