I think this quote is from a movie.

Its spoken in a slow,deep voiced west indian accent - 'he dead Fred'.

Not much to go on I know but its annoying me- hellllp!!!

Im sure that's from the Rik Mayall movie from the 90's called Drop Dead Fred. Though im NOT 100% sure.
