Really looking forward to watching "Fionas Story" bbc 1, at 9pm a one off drama about her husband downloading child porn from the internet, think gina mckee is a excellent actress, and hopefully they will touch on this subject with a a view of her, how she feels as they have children!!! Then tomorrow a new series begins starring Kevin Whately in "The Children"a story about three families who are devasted by there 8 years old daughters murder, now this will be 2 programmes that will stir up some contrevesy!!!!

Gina McKee is indeed very good, but I'll have to rely on iPlayer for Fiona's Story, as it clashed with the mighty Martin Clunes and his excellent A Man and His Dogs documentary.

Wasn't Kevin Whately in some other relentlessly depressing mini-series a while back as well? Will certainly be giving The Children a miss. Sounds awful.

I thought that Gina Mckee was good but why she waited for however long to boot the selfish barsteward husband out I do not know!! He was truly obnoxious and how they managed to keep it a secret from the children I will never know!!! But it does make you think a bit about how many other people may be getting away with it more or less scott free.

it was a fantastic program, however, i didnt want an image of a 12 year old boy and his sister in my head.

yep others have posted different threads, maybe it was a upper class thingy which the family and there relatives were, bit like the royal family and how they would have handled that situation with a stiff upper lip!!!!
