basically one just turned up and now lives at the slaters and the boy is bobby davros son

They are just in it to give Stacey someone to snog in order to give her and Bradley a few more last pushes at a storyline. The blonde girl is a replacement for the other blonde girl that used to be Stacey's best mate, if you recall.
Storyline wise, the blonde one just turned up looking for work and ended up working on the stall. The bloke was "totty" for Stacey- a handsome youngster who turned up in the street, giving her the eye and flirting with her. That's all!

the blonde girl turned up asking stacey slater for a job which she initially refused but when she helped staceys mum out on the stall stacey gave her a trial run.stacey and bradley decided to move into dots so the blonde girl moved into the slaters.the bloke is vinnie(played by bobby davro)'s son.he fancies stacey so took the blonde girl to bradleys birthday party to try and make stacey jealous.stacey had a row with bradley stormed out of the party and ended up snogging who bloke who i think is called callum
