I tried a few months ago t get a copy of this excellent drama but without success. I wrote to both the BBC, who also referred me to another related company who specialize in producing dvd's of programmes from way back. They also wrote to say that they had no plans to produce this.
I discovered a few weeks ago, someone had wrote on a forum site that they had a copy on video which they would transfer to dvd if anyone wrote to them. Unfortunately I didn't bookmark the site but will continue to look for it. I really want a dvd of this myself.

After my last reply, I found a site,(classicukTV.co.uk) . I ordered First and Last on DVD for �6.00.
