There used to be a childrens tv program in the mid eighties on BBC1 and I cant remember its name. It's boiling my swede. It was a gameshow. Three kids were beamed up to a space ship from earth at the start. There were talking plants and the whole thing looked like it was a blue print for the production values of Hitchikers Guide. At the end of the game one kid had to work his way through a maze whilst being chased by a badly animated line made by a computer. Any ideas?

it is currently being repeated on one of the sky channels - either challenge tv or maybe granada tv. Can't remember what it was called The ____ Game

Yep, it was The Adventure Game - the last ever episode of which was broadcast as news broke of the Challenger disaster, meaning it went out with a bit of a whimper. Classic stuff in its day, though.
