Who's the man

Have already asked this in Adverts but didn't get an answer so thought I'd try here.
In the Argos advert where a man is wrapping up a gift for this woman and the small box gets put into a large box and the woman gets fed up and goes to Argos, who is the man wrapping the gift,his face is really familiar.

He reminds me of the boss in Gagney and Lacey but he will be one of the actors listed here, no idea which one though
