Tv height

Is there an ideal height that a tv should be from the floor????? Thanks..Forgetting personal preferences!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The horizontal centre of the screen should be at eye level when seated.

Mounting a tv high on a wall will not only give you neck ache, but you will viewing the tv at a very strange angle, distorting the picture.
