TV Ads Awards

Hi
Does anyone know who produces the National TV Awards as I was wondering whether we could have a National TV Adverts awards ceremony! (Or is there one already that I have missed?!). There are so many fantastic ads on TV, it would be great to see the best of them honoured in some way. I particularly like the Walls Sausages one.
