I thought it looked horrible, much preferred the furry jackets that the other two wore.
I thought her wedding dress was disgraceful - far too revealing for a bride. She looked like a hooker.
I'm sorry, I agree with gelda that jacket was absolutely dreadful, especially the massive bow. I would have preferred a traditional cape over the top to keep her warm

However, I loved that dress. Can't see she looked like a hooker. Put it on someone like Liz from Corrie and perhaps yes!!!

Agree with Lottie - hated the coat, loved the dress.

James Steward designed the wedding dress - he has designed clothes for Victoria Beckham and other celebs for the 'red carpet' occasions.

He's apparently a friend of Vicky Binns who plays Molly. He designed the jacket as well.

I should think that you would have to pay a huge price for that jacket Billie. But if you look on Ethel's link you will find a contact no. and address for the designer.
The lass asked for your help, not your useless opinions! Take no notice, they obviously have no fashion sense. I myself am looking for the coat for my wife who fell in love with it the moment she saw it and would love it in black. She is admired by all her friends and family and two teenage daughters for being extremely fashion conscious which is obviously something seriously lacking in this thread.
I'll let you know what i come up with billie.
Came on here to put my thoughts, and find I have been beaten to it! I sat in the loo today and there was only one sheet left on the toilet roll - then it hit me where they had got the idea for Molly's dress! She looked like she was wearing a toilet roll. As for that knotted blanket round her neck, well if thats fashion, pass me the bin bag.
Being fashion conscious doesn't mean you have fashion sense, does it? If it was the fashion to wear a black bin bag would your wife wear it mcvickers? I have always loved fashion, but if a fashion looks stupid to me then I would never wear it. To me that coat looked awful.

I actually did offer some help to billie, I indicated that the designer could be contacted and where she could find the details. I doubt that you can come up with anything else for billie because it was a designer garment made exclusively for the actress.
Also please bear in mind that different fashions suit different people. People that follow fashion blindly don't always look good. That huge bow, in my opinion, would not suit anybody!
I bet you 10 whole new British pennies that copies will be in the major high street stores very soon.
Yep Ethel, and people will buy it whether or not it suits them!

LOL Lankeela!
And would you tell her her choice of wedding dress isn't right either? Who cares about fashion? I personally loved the coat and will be looking for it to wear on my wedding day, whether people say they like it or not, it's a personal choice what you wear on your wedding day and all she wanted was some help.
...and in my opinion the furry wraps around the shoulders are hideous. I'm getting married in December and wanted a coat and all I keep getting offered are fur wraps, how's that going to keep me warm?
Yes, I agree, we were a bit rude to Billie, who obviously liked the coat. However, I did point her (and you) in the right direction and if Ethel is right the coat will be in the shops in no time at all and selling like hotcakes.

We probably deserve to be told off, but quite honestly, I love fashion - always have and if I am truthful the huge bow on that coat would, in my opinion, be very hard to get away with. If you are petite it would swamp you and detract from the dress and if you are somewhat larger, it would make you look really bulky. It certainly didn't look nice over what was, in my opinion, a very beautiful dress (even though it reminded Lankeela of a loo roll ;o) )

I agree you should wear what you like though. Good luck with your wedding.
