Freak on Sky one

Can anyone tell me who on earth is that ugly looking half naked man on Sky one?
He usually appears just before and after the adverts during sci-fi programmes.I can't remember what the sponsor firm was now.I think it's something like Swift something dot com.
Man, he is one ugly looking freak.I wish he would put a shirt on.I never try to eat anything while I'm watching a sci -fi show.
So,if anyone can tell me his name I will be very grateful.
It's just that he looks somehow familiar.I have seen him before in a film or a tv show.Please help!!

I took one quick look at your image,and clicked it off in an instant.
Eeeeuuugh!! I am sorry to say this, but he really is not a good looking person at all.Put a shirt on for goodness sake Iggy!! You won't attract the girls like that!!
At least, I have a bit more flesh than he does.
Looks as though he is anorexic.
