The TV audience will always vote off people they don't like rather than those who are no good. All good fun though.
I would just love to be able to skate! I would be worse than Todd!!

I am not sure that Todd is actually getting better docspock, but he makes the show! His face whilst he skates is an absolute picture.
It's not a real competion, though, is it!! It can't be.
Todd to win!!! I hope he doesn't pull out like John Sergeant did in Strictly Come Dancing. Todd's antics last night matched John's Cha Cha on Strictly - both classic comedy that will be repeated for years to come.

Nothing to do with being the underdog Mr Veritas - he is entertaining and humerous and made us all laugh. What a joy to see some entertaining television. It makes such a change.
If he were a lousy skater and a boring person, he would soon be voted off.
It really is an entertainment programme, not a proper competition at all. It can't be a competion when the competitors all have totally different levels of ability.
A proper skating competion is great and I like to watch them, but on a Saturday night people like Todd Carty and John Sergeant are a welcome tonic.

Well, I enjoy all sorts of television - I also think that people need to laugh and clowning around has made people laugh for centuries.
We need a variety of programmes on the television - the serious and the light hearted.
I love documentaries, debates, classical concerts, good drama etc. etc. There are still a lot of quality programmes being produced.
However, I also love music, humour and just plain silliness. Variety is the spice of life. It makes the world go round.
