the itv1 programme unforgiven - what happened in the last episode?

I live in Ireland but I have sky, I get UTV but we can't set a reminder because it's on the added channels.it was the programme with suranne jones (who used to be in coronation street). My mother and I watched both the 1st and 2nd episode but completely forgot about the 3rd and final episode last monday night. anyone have a detailed summary of what happened in the episode or know a website I can find one on please. I can't watch the itv catchup service because I'm outside the UK. thanks. any help is greatly appreciated.

Dont have too much detail, daugher watched it, not me. But wrong sister got kidnapped by Steve. He had real daugher in back of van instead of foster daughter. Took her to warehouse. Lawyer woman and Suranne Jones' character realised what he was up to, rang his ex wife, who rang his brother. Brother rang steve to say give it up, you've got wrong girl. Parents found out too. Steve tried to escape in van and crashed and died. Girl escaped unharmed, and met Suranne as police arrived at crash scene. Flashbacks showed little girl shooting police, and right at the end she remembered her sister, so Suranne was happy (great actress).

LIke I said, didnt watch it, but was on in room while i was pottering around!! Hope that makes sense!! :-)
