Virgin V Box.

I will be moving house in a few months and up to now there is no Virgin service in that area.

Should I be entitled to the �70 back for the V box that Virgin charged me, they said I wouldn't?

That was an installation fee - they installed it,so you can't get it back

You can't do that - it isn't your box to sell.

You paid for installation - you didn't buy the box.

They will continue to charge you for every month you have that box and they are aggressive in pursuing their debtors.

Thanks Ethel for the info, but surely if Virgin can not supply their service in an area where I move to, its not my fault.

When I move home, it will be up to them to find me to get the V box back.

You can't sell it, because it won't work if you don't subscribe. You have to pay to get the service installed,and the box is provided.

I think you'd be foolish to risk your credit rating over this
