The original music is from the score to Stanley Kubrick's epic masterpiece 'Barry Lyndon', it may be called 'sabernade'. I believe it has been rearranged for the Levis spot.

It's a title called 'Sarabande' by Handel and was edited by John Altman. Hope this helps :)
