Name of radio show Radio Show on (capital or heart?)

Hi,

There used to be a slot on a radio station where the DJ would read out a love story ( usually trajic) and there would always be the same music in the background.

I think it was on Capital radio (london) and I think it used to come on a Sunday night 8-10 ish.

Does anybody know the name of the Show? And does anybody know the name of the music they used to play.
