70s football show

Can anyone remember the name, or anything about a late 1970s ITV series that had football clubs competing against each other in a series of football related games (relays etc)? I seem to remember the players were in full kit, and there were 3 or 4 clubs represented in each heat, with the winners going throught to the next round.
