I do enjoy this programme, but whenever they have a good act on (ie Susan Boyles) the cameras pan away too much from the act.
During Susan's 90 seconds of singing the cameras panned away no less than 28 times to show the facial reactions of each of the 3 judges, Ant and Dec's reactions and also the audience.
It was worse when the Greek father and son dancers were on, panning away approx 26 times, thus missing half of their act!

Agree with you Anotheroldgit, my first reaction was that it was a pity that she hadn't had a friend to help her with her hair as first appearances do automatically matter.
Would have liked less cut aways to audience and panel. I thought Piers and Amanda were going to cry when Susan was singing which would have been to OTT.

How "sad" are you for counting the times the cameras pan away from the acts (joke !!!)
You do have a point, though, and my theory is that they have to do it or Simon would moan if he wasn't "shown" at least 800 times a show!
I must admit to taping this show and watching it later, but in that way I can wind through the dross !
I agree with other folk that Susan and the Greek guy and his lad were great !!!
In fact Susan was fandabeedozee !!!

I'd be amazed if Susan Boyle doesn't win because it seems she's got millions of fans in the UK - and even more in America apparently.
My two young sons have just been reading about body popper Aidan Davis at http://www.aidandavis.org.uk and think his performance on the show was brilliant.
I can't really see a dancer winning two years in a row after the success of George Sampson last year.
Whoever wins, it's all more money in the bank for Simon Cowell!
