Does anyone know what this cartoon is? It had animals (i think bears) on an island and a horrible woman and her gang on a boat trying to pollute the water, catch the animals etc.

The Smoggies - I seem to remember the name of Stinkypoo ,maybe that was the horrible woman

Yeh that's the one. I just looked smoggies up and they're little people not animals but the woman's the one i remember. Cheers.
