Sky HD

I ordered Sky HD about a month ago and they still say it'll be another 10 weeks before it's installed.
Are they:-
1 short of boxes
2 short of staff
3 short of enthusiasm for existing customers

.... getting bored waiting ....

So long as you are paying monthly they wont rush. if you were a new customer theyd be round in hours.

i had hd a few weeks ago and the engineer said he was a contractor as they are so inundated with requests that it is taking a while to get round them all

i subscribed to hd ,and i got an email thanking me for my interest and it would be about 2 to 3 months as they had been swamped with orders , then about 3 weeks later i got another message asking me to contact them to arrange a date for an installation, so hang in there it might not be 10 weeks that you have to wait ,maybe only a week or so - fingers crossed !!! i think it is the boxes they are short of and new customers jump straight to the front of the queue , and it certainly is worth the wait
