Music in BBC "industial wonders" series and in the "Eternal sunshine" trailer?

This song has been driving me mad... the fact that there aren't any words has stopped me from finding out what it is.

It was in more than one BBC ad/trailer, one of them being for the "seven industrial wonders of the world" (if that's the correct title).  Recently I heard it in one of the trailers for "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind" and I still can't find what it is.

It mainly sounds like a woman just singing with some instruments... it sounds more classical and there aren't any lyrics whenever I hear it... 

Can anyone help?
