Hairdresser lady, Coronation street

IN Coronation street, you know the lady that owns the hairdressers, well what was the name of the children's programme she used to be in, because I remember her being a witch before she went into Coronation street. .

Hey, I've just looked up rentaghost and found pictures of the cast and this isnt the programme, i dont think. The lady from coronation street was the main character, it was a childrens programme, from 1984 onwards. what is that hairdresser lady called?

Sue Nicholls. She was in Crossroads eons ago and had a hit single with " Where will you be ? " in 1968. I'd check the internet movie database to find out what else she's done.

Yep she was called popoff and.... didn't she disappear or do a trick everytime she sneezed....?

Yes, she wasallergic to flowers and disappeared everytime she sneezed.

it was Rentaghost, and i think it was ' Nurse Popoff ' if i'm not mistaken.  Memories......  :)

She was in rentaghost and  her character was nadia popoff and the witch was called macwitch and was scottish - she was called Molly Weir and was a scottish novelist - but I recognised Sue Nicholls immediately when she appeared in Corrie from her voice becausse being a child of the 70's I grew up lisatening to her on rentaghost and I recognise actors from their voices in films where they look completely different
