Programme: Reflection of murderer in mirror

Can anyone remember a television programme (similar to Tales from the Darkside, Twilight Zone) in which a person keeps seeing a muderer with a knife in the mirror or in any reflective surface. In the reflection the murderer keeps getting closer. It ends with him seeing a reflection in the eye of a girl.
