DVB Systems Setup Panasonic Plasma Television

When I update my DVB programmes I lose BBC 1
However, the update on analogue includes BBC1
I have tried shutting every thing down on the "Shipping condition" but to no avail.
Can anybody help

your not getting a strong enough digital signal to get all channels.

It might be that your aerial isn't good enough and you might need to replace it with a wide band one suitable for digital reception, or, you may just not live in an area that receives a strong enough signal until the switch over is complete and the digital signal strengths are turned up.
