sky tv - free channels

if i was to cancel my sky subscription (where i get to keep the dish and box) , what free to view channels would i still get?

We did this a while back and you get everything that you would get on a normal Freeview box. Off the top of my head you get the normal 5 channels, plus BBC3, BBC4, ITV2, ITV3, the Xtreme sports channel, a load of news channels, CBBC and CBeebies, Pop (kids' channel) and Pop+, all the radio stations and a load of shopping channels.
