Unbiased advice please. We have just moved to Spain and are hearing so many horror stories and being offered so many options fo viewing. Ideally we would still like to receive sky channels plus free to view channels.

Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hi, My I live in Spain and did have sky without a card for the free to air channels, then someone suggested freesat which is great, you don,t need to change dish or anthing just plug in the freesat box, (argos less than £50) it really is plug and play also this/next month bbc iplayer is coming so if you need lots of channels and radio without paying sky thats the way to go,also Spanish T.D.T (digital which everyone will have to get for Spanish T.V as the analouge signal switches off soon/next year for us in Andalucia) hope this helps, allgram.
Allgram...interesting reply......do you mean that with the Freesat box, I can get ALL the sky channels without paying for them?
Allgram....just had a thought.......you don't have a recording function with Freesat as you do with Sky+.
hi, have a look at www.freesat.com and you will get all the channels you recieve, oh and on the Spanish T.D.T there are lots of premier matches also the choice to watch English/American movies/programmes in their original soundtrack, again hope this helps, allgram.
Whereabouts in Spain are you, as I have the number for a good PC and Sat guy?
