Sorry but I'm still not comfortable with Alesha as a judge. I can't imagine how the pro dancers must feel as she makes her comments - what does she know compared to them? I'm glad Lynda left, as her cheesy partner Darren had put such fixed forced smiles on their faces during tonight's routine. But the one I'm desperate to see the back of is Ricky who loves himself so much that I wouldn't be surprised if he only dates mirrors. While on the subject of mirrors, does Erin Boag have one? Your thoughts please

A choreographer does not teach people how to dance. A choreographer works out the dance routines whether that is for a ballet, a west end musical or a pop vid. Or cheerleading - any set routine. The dance moves are usually plotted on paper.
Not all dance teachers can choreograph and not all choreographers can teach dance. It is a highly specialised craft.
I don't like Alesha as judge. I'm sure somebody is telling her what to say and she is in no position to advise the contestants with authority.
