Problem with blue hue

My flatscreen tele has suddenly developed a quite vivid blue hue and when I open menu on colour, the hue button is not highlighted to click on. Any help, much appreciated

Check the cable connection from set top box.

Thanks for that, ,that was one of the things that I checked, but I found an answer on a forum web site. I thought that this was a ridiculous answer, but what the heck. Take the power cable out for a couple of hours, give the tele a good slap, and then re-connect. Absolutely unbelievable, it worked.
