Did anyone else hear Ben Shephard say something rather inappropriate on GMTV this morning when he was interviewing a woman in Sydney who had just announced she was expecting a second child? Or was it just me?

yes. what did you think when he said that?

I do remember thinking that was a strange thing to say but I think he meant it as a joke but the joke fell flat. I don't remember hearing any laughs from it.
