I don't watch it, but I know who you mean. In real life tho, who you fancy can't always be defined. I've seen some right mis matches in my time (my best female friend for one) but who am I to argue.

It shows what a good actor he is because he's a really lovely man in real life. In fact Fern Britton said he was one of the best she'd ever interviewed.
In the soap tho Jane is definately put upon by Ian. Never mind there is a bit of light relief when she has the affair with Massood. Will she carry his child? Mmmmmm!
