Does anybody know if, when and at what time this will be shown over Christmas? I have searched the A-Z on Sky but I think it only works for a few days in advance??
Never has a film been made that is more appropriate for any time of year than It's A Wonderful Life at Christmastime. I thought that the schedule for the past 2 or 3 years was bad but this year is dire beyond belief. Thank God for programmes that I recorded earlier in the year and have been saving to watch. I'll also have a chance to catch up on those books I've been meaning to read for a while.
I agree, its a fantastic film. I bought the b/w DVD a couple of years ago and I watch it regularly. I was once told that the film is sometimes played to patients who are in hospital or a home, who have depression because it shows them that nothing is as bad as it seems and they are not worthless.
