yes ricky was a bit better, but was throughout. no real discernable change or improvement.
i didn't voite, but i wanted chris to win as he got better and better as it went along. its not really about popularity i don;t think, just recognition that he had worked hard and improved, ricky just stayed where he was all along.

ricky was the best dancer by far - but hes black, and from what i heard from someone, strictly is watched by a majority of snobbs that are middle aged middle/high classed people who dont like ethnic minorities...i dont know if its true but i heard it, its not my personal opinion, and that they always ring and vote twice for the english couple and if theres two ethnic couples in the final, then they dont ring in at all. i dont have a personal opinion onn this, coz i only watched it a few times and now watched todays final. x

They both danced brilliantly and I'm glad Chris won, but I agree - Ricky is the better dancer of the two. Like Suzie says, I think there's an element of racism/snobbery in there, and I don't think the recent business with the police was helpful either.
Ricky's been very consistent right from the start, but I've been impressed at how Chris has improved. He took the judges' comments on board every week, going away and working on his week points.

from what i heard middle/high class old fashiioned snobs watch strictly, and young chilled out people of this day and age watch x factor....hope thats answered your question craft. The people of this day and age are more chilled and accepting of ethnic minorities and the older fashioned people are not.................Again this is not my personal opinion
