I flick through all the channels as I don't have them at home. There are several programmes that I think warrant prime time viewing - anyone agree?

Ice Road Truckers - keeps you on the edge of your seat.
My Parents are Aliens - wasted on kids!
My Name is Earl - hilarious.
Porn - A Family Business - not on at present but fascinating (not for the porn, but for the family element).
