Top Up TV Original Service

Hi,
Does anyone know if the Top Up TV Original service is still going? My card has stopped working. I've tried calling them but there are no options to speak to anyone about it, only their Anytime service.

I am surprised it's carried on this long anyway with only 2 channels and a few hours each day.
