YouTube has loads of vids on the subject.
When I looked at these videos I noticed that they seemed to use quite different matchings between songs and scenes. Does anyone have a link to the best 'match'?
Its a load of phooey.

I highly doubt Floyd were even coherent enough at the time to do something that clever.
It's not that hard to get them to play together, start playing the dark side of the moon on the third bong of the MGM gong at the beginning of WOO.

It does kinda match, but it's somewhat tenuous in places
The Floyd have always denied doing this intentionally and it is just a pure fluke. It does sort of work however as ive tried it which is odd. There used to be a dedicated website about this i think called the Dark side of the Oz?
Just a bit of harmless fun i think but id love to know who first thought about putting the two together?! Why would you?
why don't you want our opinions?!

thanks all, i'll check that out sooper

crisgal...because I asked for links etc not what you think of the situation...i'm not interested what anyone else thinks on this to be honest...i just wanted an answer to my question so i could see for myself...

why?
i just thought it was a funny thing to say on here!
Most questions get comments, many without an actual answer.
if someone had tried the floyd/Oz thing, and knew that it worked, or had a good tip, wouldn't you wan to hear from them?

It struck me as a bit odd is all ;)

no, not really...not yet anyway...not until ive heard it for myself...wasnt saying it to be rude, i just didnt want pages of people telling me its nonsense, and berating me for asking and others saying it isnt nonsense etc, and no actually useful responses.

maybe when ive heard it id like to discuss it, but theres no point at the moment
