Corrie! Blanche's Funeral

Just caught up with a few Corrie episodes! Norris after his adventure in Bronte Country had an injured ankle but a few days later was pallbearer at Blanche's funeral! Must have made a remarkable recovery as ankle injuries take a while to cure!

Anyone notice all the snow around in Haworth in mid/late-April? Obviously these scenes are filmed up to two months in advance, but you would have thought that the production team might have seen that one coming.

As they were carrying the coffin out of the church, did you notice that all the other pallbearers had the coffin on their shoulders while little Norris was in the middle just sort of balancing it on his hand. I thought it was hilarious. Such good directing.

Oh goodness-some of Blanche's one liners! When she handed Peter a thermometer and he put it in his mouth and she then said "it's a rectal one but it's OK, it's been through the dishwasher"!
