I'm looking to cast for a short film.. does anyone know of any casting agencies for older actors??

No agencies deal exclusively with older actors. You'll need to look at The Spotlight Directory and see some photos. You should find it in your library. Lots of older actors are finding work hard to get so you should be lucky.
