Come on Corrie & Emmerdale

First Dianne gets fleeced of her cash by some guy building a chateau and after knowing him for 2 weeks she transfers £190K into his account. Surprise Surprise he does a runner

Now Audrey is going to get the deposit of £100k to a foreighn bank account to help a guy who she has known for maybe a few weeks more

Puleeeeese - I know we need to be green but re-cycled plots are a little weak even for our [feeble] minds

(And yes I know its not real life)

What about some lonely middle aged woman meeting a much younger man - maybe on the net and marrying him and bringing him over here to live
Didn't Deirdre do that and end up in prison?
I remember a few years back an episode of The Saint and another similar show had exactly the same script.
And when John Stape kidnapped Rosie it is similiar to the recent eastender plot of Denise's kidnapping.
I was thinking of a character in EE - cannot remember her name but her doppleganger is always on Harry Hill
hey're all rubbish. Even Mrs Strong who used to be a soap addict has stopped watching them.
If you ever get to watch the episode of Alias Smith and Jones called 'The Girl In Box Car 3' it is an exact copy of an episode from The Virginian , a large amount of money has to be transported and a dupe is sent with it via horseback but it actually goes by train, or vice versa! Long time since I watched them both!
