let's hope the second half of the 2-parter they are finishing with will be a belter. I still think The Bill should be taken up by another broadcaster as there are still loads of stories theycan either wraap up or continue with and the actors are all first rate and while they will undoubtedly find work elsewhere they all work so well together in The Bill it seems a shame for it to end like this. Such a shame it has messed around with so much in the last couple of years the producers have only themselves to blame. I will miss the series - as you have probably gathered - and would like to wish everyone involved with the show all the best for the future and to thank and congratulate them for their work over the years.

Me too. They stopped showing it in Scotland which was a real shame. I remember Polly very well - or was it Poppy?
