Why do they somtimes show some pictures at the end of Fraier (that woman from X files is sometimes included)? Do they have any relation to the show?

I believe these photos are those celebrities who have featured in voice only (as Frasier's callers.)

Yes they're shown at the end of the last episode in each series.
