Hermione Norris

Does anybody know exactly where Hermione Norris was born (ie the town)?
I'm getting London as an answer and Essex as an answer and am trying to narrow it down exactly as I'm trying to compile a quiz question on people specifically born in Essex.

I think that it might be safest to leave Hermione Norris out of your quiz. While there are plenty of web references suggesting that she was born in Essex, she told 'The Independent' that she was born in London:

(Perhaps she was born somewhere within the London Borough of Havering, such as Romford, which doesn't really seem to know whether it belongs to Essex or to London?)
