ITV doesn't get any of the fee does it?

I dont know Woof...ah, do we just pay for advert-free TV for BBC channels ?
You pay your licence to fund the BBC.
Handy for some whom missed it last week `tho.
Think of the poor people who own the Philips HDT8520 Freeview PVR.

Set the PVR to record the James Bond movie in HD on Sunday afternoon and you will also record it in SD at the same time and then it records the repeat in SD the next Saturday afternoon. Philips are aware of the "bug" and promise they're working to fix it. But don't hold your breath.
Poor people indeed! Fancy being forced to go to all the trouble of pressing a couple of buttons to delete unwanted recordings! My heart bleeds for them.

That's not really the problem mike1111. The fact that it does it ties up the twin tuners on the Sunday - so you can't record anything else should you want to - and one tuner the following Saturday. I didn't expect any sympathy though.
they have been doing this for weeks and not just ITV1, they must be strapped for cash
We all know about the "curse" of repeats, but to show the Same film a week after it was 1st shown is just plain idiotic and frankly is taking the "p*ss" out of the viewers.
They're showing a season of Bonds on Sundays and repeating it each week on Saturday. Hardly earth shattering, considering there are about 500 other channels to watch, surely?
