Just watching this programme on a foul day weatherwise and can't believe how "middle class" it is. Glamorous widow with equally glamorous daughters hot from the beauty salon, in their stunning house.
Oh, she got £8K and it's going to pay for their skiing holiday!!!
Dreadful programme.

yep, most "normal" people in TV land seem to live in what I would consider to be "luxury" reminds me of a couple of students on location location location looking for a house to the value of 350.000... they are students For Funks Sake?? where does the money come from?
Couldn't agree more Chrissa. Watched this for the first (and last) time yesterday and found it very patronizing. All these people with a fortunes worth of trinkets just dotted round the house!

Who decides that these sorts of programmes are "interesting"? I suppose it's cheap tv.
It's a similar problem with that programme that helps people find a country property and a flat in a city.
see, there's not much point in them filming this programme in your average council house, is there? How many rich trinkets and valuable antiques would you have lying about to sell? About as many as i do i'd imagine.

Yes whickerman you're right, but why have a programme like this in the first place?
I guess because there's an audience. You watched it, I watched it, I bet quite a few others too
