Travel Show ideas

I've got a good idea for a TV travel show (Well I think so). How do I present this idea to the right people without someone stealing my idea.

To do this you have to submit your idea to tv companies, here is channel fours site

try other companies, send your idea in and wait for an answer if you get one, remember it's like a business proposal, so have all your research done to show how your idea will work.  Good luck

if its that good perhaps try to make a pilot episode, just to give an example, then send copies out.

there is a very real possibilty of your idea being stolen as there is no way to prove it is yours alone and that no-one else has thought of it.

perhaps arrange to tell the production companies in person and then ask them to sign something before they view the actual details - although they may refuse or then say they are already working on a similar idea.

unfortunately it is just a risk you will have to take - good luck :o)
